I'm wondering where I can find the original splash installer screens and files for Zork Grand Inquisitor from the CD-Rom version?

My reason for asking:

Mark Morgan, who was the composer for Fallout 1 & 2, also did some of the music for Grand Inquisitor. I remember installing the game as a child and whilst it was installing thinking the music that was playing didn't really fit Zork but seemed kinda similar.

I want to confirm that that music was version of the song Metallic Monks from Fallout 1 and Mark just ripped it and put it in as the installer splash music.
