My city was going fine and all of a sudden I have no workers. I have people in my houses but 0 workers. Does anyone know about this issue? I just had some houses devolve.

Could be a bunch of things. If they devolved all the way to huts, its likely a water issue. If not all the way, then some other good they need to maintain the level of house they are accustomed to. If its regionalized could be a misplaced roadblock.

If you mean everything was great and then your workforce simply went away, usually thats a result of calling up your militia. Or building a trireme.

Could also be a Dionysus invasion. He will lure your workers away from their jobs.

I think it may have been the trireme. I just restarted the series.
If you need it simply for a quest requirement, you can build the trireme and then send all the guys back to work. It doesnt need to be staffed to qualify. Of course if you actually need it for combat at some point you will need to send them back to the docks.
