I have nearly completed this episode, but the strait will not widen. I have called Hercules and sent him on the quest. The message comes up that the strait has been widened and the objective shows as completed. However, the strait has not widened and I cannot build piers in the east. I get the message along the lines of " not connected to sea cannot build piers on a lake. I have also tried it with a downloaded completed city with the same result. I have tried doing this quest before and after the Scylla quest with the same result. Any ideas?
