This was a problem I encountered on the configure screen when you select graphics basic settings lightest/light/normal/h def it automatically sets the screen resolution for you but if you change the resolution from default
when you try start the game you wont be able to click on any options. I found this out when changing the high def from 1024x768 to 1920x1080. If you change the resolution from defaults make sure you tick the stretch widescreen box on far right hand side. This sorts out the issue.
