I'm trying to set this to a playable resolution after applying the 1.42 patch, but PCGamingWiki lists a wrong location for the configuration file. There's no such file in the system folder of the install directory, and there's nothing related to XIII in the 'virtual store' directory it lists as an alternative location. Anyone know where this file is actually located?

Nope those paths are 100 % correct. If the XIII config file is not there you have to start the game at least once to create it.
