We have added full support (audio & text) for the following languages:

• French
• German
• Italian
• Spanish

NOTICE: in order to play the game with your preferred language's audio & text, please start a new game. While it is possible to finish your current playthrough in the language of your choice, please be aware that only the text will change while the voices will be in English.

That's really nice. But is there plans to add 16:9 resolutions and/or FOV? It can be done at the moment through a fan patch

This maybe a silly question but i wanted to ask how exactly do we change the language? I can’t seem to find any external language changer or different offline installer. Is it an ingame option now or something different? Thank you in advance ;). Cheers

You pick the language before installing the game. There is a dropdown menu inside the latest offline installer where you can pick the language. If you want to change the language after the installation is already done you can do that in GOG Galaxy (manage installation > config > "installation" tab).

Agree on that, i know its an old title and that it's not a priority for the developers to give this game any support. But adding higher resolution support would be great.

Having to rely on fan patches and .ini tweaks is frankly not very fun.

Did not checked it myself yet, but if the list of possible resolutions is contained in some ini (int/est/deu..) file it is possible to change it without breaking the compatibility but if it is somehow hardcoded into the u packages changing it will result in breaking the online compatibility.
There might be opportunity to ad additional u package containing subclass and using Xiii version of mutate as it is unreal engine after all.
