They have at least 4 multiplayer servers active in the online section of the game as of a few hours ago. You'll find the patch in the sticky on the very top of the discussions page. you can also host your own games online using the create a online game option.

if you're using the offline backup installer, make sure to update it through galaxy before updating it with the windows 10 hd patch in order to gain cloud saves for your updated game.

Whos they? its some unnoficial online? cause ubisoft servers for this game is dead as i can see

online multiplayer is now available through fan patches who use their own resources to host dedicated servers.
