I been following this game since it´s early announcement, I know it was a "early access" game for long time in STEAM, is the GOG.com the final version? I guess for sure you people will implement all the patches, as you allways do, but I would like to know if it is still a "game in progress" or is the "final release"

Yes, it seems is the final version! :D
I'd still expect it to be patched, as this is the first time it's widely being played beyond a small, dedicated community. As far as features go, it's final. As far as glaring bugs being fixed, it's final. As far as minor or hard-to-find bugs, there may be some lurking in there, and from my observations, they're being patched out on a weekly basis.

In all, I feel it's a safe buy.
