Step 1 (if you have gog galaxy if not skip to step 2)

Open gog galaxy client go to the page of Xanadu next click on the button to the right of the play button it will make a drop-down menu from there click on Manage Installation -> Show folder

Step 2 (If you don't have galaxy and couldn't do step 1 find the games folder the old fashion way and then proceed with the tutorial)

Now that you have the games folder open at the bottom of the list of files should be a cheeky little program called Xanadu_cfg open that lousy boy

Step 3 (the final step)

after you've clicked on the program it should open up and at that point click on the tabs at the top of the program INPUT for keyboard bindings and INPUT 2 for joycons I have yet to dabble with the sequel of INPUT since I prefer keyboard so I have no idea how INPUT 2 works but what I've learned about INPUT is that when you click on the drop-down to change the keys YOU CAN NOT SIMPLY TYPE THE KEY it will not allow you to hit the apply button on the bottom right so you have to scroll down to select each key you want to change BUT once you've completed that hellish task your problems should go away as soon as you hit apply it even shows your new keys in-game for you so it's pretty easy to remember what you set them to
