As the title says, the latest update crashes the game whenever you try to save, making the savefile corrupt. Be careful which slot you choose if you're playing with this patch.
Previous patch fixes this issue, and works with Cloud saving, as well.

Same here, didn't happen the first save after the patch but the second time it displayed corrupted save data and crashed.

Hello,

This morning we investigated this issue.
It appears that patch 2017.09.12 that was pushed through GOG Galaxy is faulty.
Could you please remove your current save files and use Galaxy "rollback" feature to install a previous version of the game?
In order to do that, please:
- Launch GOG Galaxy
- Select the game
- Press more - > Settings
- Uncheck "Automatically update to newest version"
- Select: 24.11.2016 from 10 months ago.

Basically what I suggested, then. So much for a fix after 10 months. :(
