How do I find (or does it even exist?) my TCP/IP address on Windows 8 to play W:A against my friend?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah I figured it out after I posted. My main gaming rig is a Windows XP machine so I was a bit sketchy on this Windows 8 laptop.

Wormnet would not let me do anything in the way of creating a new game which was why I came here asking.

Check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking it. If it is, you won't be particularly lucky with LAN either.
