I tried 5 times, with and without Hotfix, but demolition perk 1 achievement didn't work. Really sad, because it was one of the reasons why I did get it from here. I already own it Steam & it would have been cool to get the achievements again.

Edit: So far only tactical perk 4 achievement did unlock.

Hello same for me, i see the overlay don't work in GOG Galaxy maybe this is a problem ? Wait a udapte and i hope GOG solved all issue with achievement. (sorry for my language)

To everyone afflicted by this bug:

The hotfix is definitely responsible, however - al least in my case - I am able to circumvent it.
What works in my case is:
1. Change the version of the game to the one without the hotfix.
2. When the files download, play the game.
IMPORTANT - In my experience, only the first session after reverting to the version without hotfix is tracking the achievements. Thus, in order to have continuity:
3. After exiting the game, update it to the version with hotfix.
4. Next time, before playing the game, revert to the version without hotfix. Repeat other steps.

This method is not very elegant, but it does work on my machine.

Would be nice if Bethesda or GOG would fix the issue, but this will have to do for now.

PS. Old Blood is also giving me some problems with achievements, though in this case I don't see any solution.

My playthrough of Wolfenstein New Order also does not generate any achievement either.
I thought it was weird because according to the guide, I am already more than halfway done with the story, yet no single achievement is awarded. I am still at 0%. I haven't started Wolfenstein Old Blood yet, so I am not sure if it has the same problem. Is GOG working on any solution in order to remedy this problem?

For me achievement used to work, but I completed the game last night and nothing unlocked. Also game time tracking has stopped working for any game - for a while now. I think it's a Galaxy bug.

No achievements working for me. Does a solution exist ?

Have you guys played the game previously on steam or somewhere else? It's likley that there are game files that are storing achievement data which don't get deleted when you uninstall the game. These files then makes gog think that the achievements you are unlocking already are unlocked so you dont get them. This is the case for some other games atleast. I have the game on steam and before starting to play it on gog i deleted all files in:

C:\Users\Username\Saved Games\MachineGames\Wolfenstein The New Order

Maybe its somewhere in there that ahievement data is stored since I managed to unlock all ahievements on gog even though I have 100%ed the game on steam. The ahievements won't popup ingame ofcourse since the galaxy overlay does not seem to be supported but they show up in galaxy.

OMG man you're the best ! 4 months that I'm waiting for GOG Support to help me for this exact problem.
I tested it on The Old Blood and the achievement for the Prologue nightmare works ! I keep you updated on New Order achievements.

UPDATE: I don't know why but it doesn't work anymore, completed the game and did'nt get any achievements, same goes for Enigma Codes decryption...

Sometimes I hate achievements for this very reason. The GOG staff shouldn't have bothered including this functionality into Galaxy if it was meant to be broken without real attempts at fixing the issue. Same thing in Doom 3: BFG Edition (and probably many other games). Drives me nuts.

I only started this game four days ago and so far no achievements at all and I know from playing it in the past on steam there should be a few by this point in the story. I'm at the London Nautica.

I just beat the game and got zero. I didn't play New Order on this PC before, either. Weird glitch.
