I've found this masterpiece last night. I recommend watching whole movie, it's hilarious : ) Enjoy!

The games I could see being referenced was

Bully (boy with cap and black shirt with white stripes looks alot like the protagonist)
Tomb Raider (Lara Croft)
Doom 3 (PDA)
Wolfenstein 3D/RTCW (ze germans)
Max Payne (the slow mo action scene)
Painkiller (soundtrack during a couple of scenes)

Perhaps there are even more but I couldn't sit around watching it all.

All games are mentioned in credits. I think I've found them all.
I was curious how many people were involved in project, looks like almost everything was done by just one person..

Me neither : D Not much anyway, but I can read Cyrillic.
Games, however, are in latin script (t 1:22:27), except Дальнобойщики 2 also known as Rig&Roll
Basically everything but voices was done by Alexander Timoshenko.
