huan: You are right, and in every "in dev" game that is a community effort, not something guaranteed. Gog could make the same data available easily.

UnicoNoco: @huan: So that means, the delay is gog´s fault?
That requires some creative twisting of what I said to interpret this way (in addition to deep necromancy, my post is more than a year old). My post was about changelog availability, not delays of any kind.

If you are talking about delay between galaxy availability and downloadable installer then yes, this is probably GOG fault - and it's not nearly as bad as it was. Few hours usually. Parity between Steam and GOG version is developer's responsibility - many in-dev games manage to release updates on both platforms at once, so the tools are available, they just have to use them.
I dont want to harm you in any way. So sorry. My English isnt the best and i didnt read everything.
I really like the game. Its great! In every way you did so cool things together in one game.
I hope it will become soon final, but i know its a lot of work until then.
Question. We'll have to wait for dailies till September, right?
Still no news.

Yup.
Lost my patience. Filed a complain to GOG support. Got this game refunded to store credit.
Would never regret it. Promises should be fulfiled.

Things have happened since I wrote that, but not on Gog.

There was a beta stress test phase, but for Steam only. Now it's back to the alpha on Steam as well.
They chose not to reveal the beta final release date, because they have already made several delays after the previous announcements.

It doesn't matter now, for me, at least :)
Official announcements I seen before purchase promised Beta for both Steam and GOG during Summer 2018.
Two weeks after my purchase: 'sorry bud, next update will arrive this Autumn, maybe'
That Autumn: 'sorry, bud, no updates for ye'
What's the point in making promises one can't fulfil?
What's the point in having Early Access game released on GOG if we at GOG can't fully participate in Early Access?
I witnessed development of Hybrid Wars and Master of Orion remake.
Despite rather slim resources amount dev teams had, they managed to present updates for Steam and GOG nearly simultaneously.
I don't think that things changed that drastically since those days.

They refuse to push the current beta, yet we should have it, so we could play it and test it. They have this weird thing going, where they keep the beta for themselves, and we will see where this ends up. I am sure the game will be released, but not when. Nor are the developers, judging by the current state of affairs. And the part where they excluded us from the beta testing was a low blow.
Beta releasing 28/3 - reckon it's coming to GOG?

Hello,

Like many of you, I perceive the Wolcen developers' communication as an admission of abandonment of the game's distribution on GOG.

I invite you to join their discord to make your voice heard.

Because I cannot add link, search on google with these terms: wolcen discord. It's the first link.

I can't talk freely on discord, because I'm not on the approved list. Only scam artists need to make approved lists.

What a trainwreck this company is, lol.
This is why I don't waste my money on InDev/EA games, lazy developers that actually don't support GoG users, and ultimately pull the game from GoG, good riddance; as I won't even pirate this game as that would mean it would reside on my HDD!
So the game is finally out...I have purchased it here a long time ago, but it is not on GoG.

Do I get my money back now or what? Will it appear here in the near future?
I hope I will get a refund. I'm starting to think that supporting early access games is stupid idea.

Update: And here I have my refund. Better buy something, that GOG actually have. No more support for early access games.
