hi folks,

i have found and returned snoopcheri to l'montes, defeated the captiain, found the wine bottle and the deadman's log. now i'm wandering around the castle trying to find a way up to the upper level. I can see where both of the northern towers could perhaps grant me access to the main areas but only via gates for which I have not located appropriate keys or triggers.

what have I missed?

Have yo found the Ramm Key?

yes. does that open one or more of the gates?

IIRC it opens a gate or door after the king's bedroom, to a room directly above the room in which you found the Ramm Key. The reason I mentioned this key is because it's so easy to miss.

found my way finally, kept missing the stairway. what a maroon!!
