This time through, I really want to make the most effective use of my party as possible. I'd read that it's possible to train power-skills like lockpicking and such, but I'm not certain how it's done. I've read a few guides, but they all seem to be written for people who already know how to power-train, and thus they're confusing.

How does one skill-train, say, the following?

- Locks and Traps
- Magic Realms (Fire, Mind, etc)
- Communication

2. Navigate to the bottom of left menu and find "training techniques"
3. Click and read whatever you want

If this would be confusing... uhhh I don't know what might be confusing there. Besides - you don't really have to power train your stats in vanilla game (well, maybe a little if you're playing 4schools bish).
