I just upgraded to a Win 10 laptop and installed Wizardry 8 and am enjoying it - it has so far (just entered Arnika) worked very well. I was perusing the store page and noticed that the list of compatible operating systems does not include Windows 10. My question is, I guess, should I stop playing now before some game-breaking bug interrupts me, or is Windows 10 actually play-tested? I couldn't find an answer on this forum, so maybe they just haven't updated the store page yet?
Yes it works on Windows 10

no Windows 10 is not listed as a surported system... there is one major * bug with the install (because doc location changed) which causes the games premade starting save and sample characters to not be installed
read about the issue and work around https://www.gog.com/forum/wizardry_series/wizardry_8_predefined_characters/post3

no the game was not tested (by Gog) for Windows 10 before going to the store... the days of gog staff actually game testing are long gone which is another story

* I don't consider this to be a game busting bug but just list it so you know whats going on

Yes, I noticed the missing premade characters (I have the game on disk and remembered them), but I made myself a party. If that's the worst of it, I guess I'll live with it. Sorry to hear about the downhill slide of Gog's QC. Still, I've had better tech response from them than just about anywhere else I can think of. And from the community of course.
