It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The same here, and it's November now. Why is there no answer to this problem? Does that mean Vista is not supported anymore? No, I won't upgrade my Windows and therefore I guess you just lost another customer.

Adding another voice to the chorus here. I've just gone into Galaxy for the first time in a few months, it tried to do an update and boom... Nothing but errors. Specifically, the same queryunbiasedinterrupttime one as above. Come on guys, either fix this thing or give us some info on how to roll it back! Staying quiet is poor customer service.

I just put a new hard drive in my laptop and and fresh copy of Vista Home Prem and did all the up dates and can't get the new copy of Galaxy to install I get "could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll" I have tried everything I could think of. It worked before I changed drives.
