Having a weird problem with both Wing Commander 1 and 2. None of the function keys on my keyboard seem to work, for both game commands and for DOSBOX commands.

I can't access any of the camera views listed on the reference cards. I also can't change the number of cycles for DOSbox by pressing CTRL-F11 or CTRL-F12. The other one I know about and have tried is CTRL-F1 to try and map some commands to my joystick and nothing happens.

Anybody else experience this? Don't seem to have any problems with my keyboard or other games, and other keyboard game commands, such as selecting weapons/guns, speeding up, etc., all seem to work fine.

Oh my goodness, I feel like a complete idiot. Sure enough, I have such a key and pressing it once solved the problem. To my knowledge, I have never touched that key. Obviously, I did touch it but I didn't realize it and didn't even know the key was there. ('Course, now I'd like to know if it's there for any other reason than to screw with my head.) This has been driving me nuts for days. Thanks for helping me to see what was right in front of my eyes and solving my problem.
