As far as I know the CD version of this game included the Add-on Righteous Fire and the Speech Pack.

Is the GOG version the CD version ?

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. Usually they would mention it on the product page, but it's not there for this one.

Yes it contains the speech pack. No it does not contain the expansion.
According to GOG the reason for no expansion pack is do to legal issues.

No it's not the speech pack version.

It's the CD version without RF included. This means it has speech throughout. The speech pack only added it to the intro and during combat.

I already have the version w/o the expansion. If I find the disc, then I guess I'll just have to pass.
