Hmm. Assuming you're talking about Windows, I think two of them are for 32-bit and two are for 64-bit Windows installs... I'll see if we can get GOG to rename them, maybe?

Yes, Windows. That makes sense I guess. But yeah, it would help if they were named a little more clearly. Needing a pair of files to install is already a little confusing though, compared to most game on here. I'm sure you had some reason for doing that, I've just never encountered it before.

I asked our GOG contact about it, and they said (more or less) that it was likely you had an old cache on your browser as upon publishing there is a small window when builds aren't named/sorted properly. In other words, having all those files is not standard and is an issue on GOG's side. Sorry about that!
