Anyone with elite edition having issues accessing the Aurora DLC? It's showing up locked/buy for me even though I have elite edition. I originally updated to 1.10 and then uninstalled/reinstall to see if that worked but no luck.

Yes, same problem here. Like you, i have reinstalled the game and the map is always locked. I wrote to the support and wainting for an answer.
hI...

Same situation here; I suspect we should have received an access to an activator for the DLC similar to the one with the hunter´s pack....

Also it seems that in Steam a hotfix over thius version has already appeared... let´s wait some hours if all this is fixed.

I am having the exact same problem. I contacted support, and they told me to refresh my account but that didn't help.
Same here. Nothing.
I was finally able to get it to work via the offline installer from gog.com. If the installer for the DLC doesn't show up, you might need to send gog support a ticket to refresh it for you.

The DLC still doesn't show up in gog galaxy under extras, but hopefully gog or the developers will fix it eventually so it can be accessed normally.
I'm not sure where you found it. My library shows nothing for Aurora Shores (Offline Installers/Back-up Installers). Neither does GOG-Galaxy. I have even verified the game files via Galaxy to no avail.

I wrote to support yet don't expect to hear anything from them as it is now the weekend... Weekend being my free time to play my games. Hence once again thanks to terrible service it will not be possible to do so.
Hi..

received support from GOG and yes, DLC activator available from my offline downloads. I have to say that I found the support very kind and responsive...Thanks guys!

Which file is the DLC activator?
I don't find something labeled like that in my Offline-Downloads.

Or is it necessary for every single account to ask for that activator personally?
Okay, seems to be fixed now.
The game just updated automatically and now the DLC is accesible.

Thanks! :)
This is a follow-up to my last posts.

Just want to inform anyone interested that the answer for myself came from GOG Support. They sent a link to "refresh" my account. I was then able to see the Aurora Shores DLC in both my GOG library as well as in the DLC section of GOG-Galaxy available for download.

I downloaded it and installed it but then was unable to actually play it because the "Select Territory" button on the Main game menu was "grayed out".

After some prying in the Steam forums I found out what the problem was.

I had deleted my saved game in order to start a New game while trying to correct the initial problem I had. This in turn started me anew. In order to access the DLC I would have to reach a certain point in the game before the DLC unlocks.

I did not know this. Hence the confusion to why the DLC was still unattainable.

The short answer to all this being : I am a impatient moron.

Thanks for all the help fellow GOG'ers. Also a big thumbs up to GOG support.

Much appreciated.
