You are lucky... it does not work for me even running through Galaxy.
I have followed all of the instructions above. The DLC is checked. I have unchecked (removed the DLC) and reinstalled the DLC. I have even tried to manually install the DLC. I have also totally removed the GAME+DLC and re-installed at least 4 or 5 times. I have trashed my old saves and restarted from new characters multiple times but still no DLC.

I am just waiting for the "next" patch that fixes my issue. It really should not be that hard.
I am sure the "Wasteland 3: Director's Cut" a year from now will solve all my issues :)

Today the binaries for Wasteland 3 were updated. The second patch is now finally there. And for me, the DLC with special content was also updated.

I was able to get the special items BUT, now Galaxy is launched with the game (I installed the game without Galaxy, so it's bizarre for me)

DLC items don't appear without galaxy.
I checked with new installers too.


I'm notified gog support about this - they are investigating issue.

So, just test it the latest 1.3.0. Something the DRM was removed so now you can access the preorder bonus offline!!! And I guss online too!!!
