I'm curious what the opinion of the community is. I am, I think, more than half-way through my first playthrough of Wasteland 2 - I'm in LA and working through my first major town. I had stopped at that point, thinking I'd finish with the new edition. We now know that won't work.

So, assuming all the various bugs and glitches in the DC are worked out, I'm curious. Do people think it preferable to finish my existing game or restart from the beginning with the DC?

I'd finish the current playthrough. There are much fewer bugs in the original game, and graphics and perks/quirks aside, it's not terribly different anyway from what I can gather. When the DC has been patched a few times, it will be more fruitful to play it through fully I reckon, and in a month or four, maybe you want another go with the game.
