Last time I played it, years ago, Warsow was a nice game.

Now however I am rather annoyed, because of the almost weekly updates.
Can I please un-buy it? Or can you please make hiding the game actually do something, like not notifying about the updates?

If I wanted to actually run it I would install it through my distributions package manager anyway and get the updates this way.

Why the hell do you offer a game that is free anyway?

They offer it for the same reason they offer their other free games: because people like free games, and it helps promote them to a wider audience (I might never have heard of this or Treasure Adventure Game otherwise.)

I do agree that it's annoying that hidden games still give update notifications; hopefully, this will change at some point. In the meantime, if you really want to get rid of Warsow, contact Support and ask them to remove it from your library.

no hes serious. as Im fed up too with seeing my account getting an update from this game. for one I dont know what the fuck this game is and second its a ripoff of TF2 from the looks of it.

It is a nice game as far as I remember.
I do understand the motivation for GOG and the game authors, but it is a bit annoying for users.

However, the hiding mechanism is rather pointless. They cold use the tag system and add some meaning to it, attach properties to tags, like hiding, not notifying about updates and others. I doubt it will happen though.
