so i downloaded it and saved it to my external HD but when i installed it (i might not of noticed it) but there was no select file location so it went into the wrong HD. also wanted to know is this version like a revised version for new versions of windows such as vista?

To change the directory GOG games install to you need to select options before you install. Then you should be able to tell it where you want to install the game.

In theory the game should work with new operating systems and for the most part I think it does but it looks like some people have had some trouble with it crashing. I installed the game from a disc a while ago and it seemed to work so I'm not sure that's it's been revised beyond repackaging it to work with their installer. Maybe I just got lucky though.
