one thing I cant find anywhere - at what percentage chance do the minotaur gnolls and the dark elf assassins have the skill? If you are running a Hero Assassin, does the reformatory add to your skill?

With some google searching, I found this.

Basically, the chance of assassinating depends on the unit's level. The formula is 4% base + 1% per level (for a range of 5% to 24%). This doesn't include unit upgrades; it seems the Dark Elf race has two upgrades that each provide an additional flat 3% bonus to the assassination chance.
