It's ok now. The audio settings have not been saved in the game. After switching settings and restarting, the sound is ok.

Which settings?
After playing only the tutorial yesterday i had some distorted game sounds in music and the tutorial guide talking.

Main Menu -> Options -> Sound tab

The settings default to low for some reason.
Reminder just in case: not forget about Config Options exe.
That one looks like also solution (mandatory before issue) for d3d error. Istead of deltng txt files.
I play rhis game on huge variety of PCs and never faced hat error. Very huge variety. Deleting file is not a solution.

(config in admin mode only, game/galaxy - only if in Program Files)
