Not sure how many people have also been experiencing mouse issues, i.e. acceleration problems, moving off screen, etc.

I was able to fix my issues by disabling NVIDIA G-Sync in the NVIDIA Control Panel. The in game settings didn't seem to change anything, nor did updating my mouse firmware, polling rate, or DPI (I do currently have cursor smoothing disabled, DPI set to 400, and polling rate at 1000).

Alt-tabbing or minimizing to move to another window makes the game seem to go into non-fullscreen mode, and causes mouse issues to re-occur. I'm using dual monitors, 3440x1440 on my main display at 90Hz.

There is already a patch out which fix the problem. Did you try that out first?

The patch did not resolve issues for me, I was still getting FPS drops and subsequent latency issues on my mouse cursor. The G-Sync disable I mentioned is the only thing I found that resolved my problems. Entirely possible it's a more isolated issue, just wanted to share.
