Having the exact same issue. Only fix for me is to force it to run at 640x480.

edit - an alt+tabbing doesn't fix it for me otherwise.

Windrunner89: It's a scaling issue tied to the GPU. Here's the solution to fix it.
That's not a real solution though since it'll mess up proper aspect ratios of many older games.

raycool: Setting the resolution to 640x480 with any of the fullscreen options fix the problem for now.
That's the first thing I did when I noticed something screwy going on with the mouse.

Edit: Interestingly enough, using alt-tab to switch to another window and then switching back to War II fixed the issue. Might be a problem with initialization timing?
Thanks for the tip. I was having the same problem and alt+tabbing is decent workaround until it gets fixed (hopefully).

There was a patch just now and now the cursor stays inside the play area.

Thank you indeed. Alt-Tab worked fine, but I'm happy to see issues as minor as this (but also quite annoying) get fixed in a few days.

So it be a bug or not? Cause not using "Keep aspect ratio" = not a bug, isnt it?
