I managed to fanangle my way through but I honestly couldnt see anything. all the bars and windows are blank with no text. I had to figure out where I was typing but I can't see anything to play on battle.net. tried using cd-key, changing resolution, windowed vs not, repairing game.
In all honesty it looks like a resolution/rendering error but I can't figure it out.

Attached a picture. inside (and a little out) is what I see and all I see. There is missing text and though you can't see it a user name is typed in the box.

I have this issue too. For me, the text is all shifted to the left "margin"/black border on my monitor.

Some program interrupt game. GOG support says about some mouse\keyboard tools. And some ati\nvidia (official and not) tools too.

Sure - that can happen with any program. If we troubleshoot the issue, we can determine what's actually wrong and how to fix it.
Contact GOG support.
They have 100% uncompatibility info about Logitech tools for game devices\mice\KB.

Also do you use DPI scaling comp. tweak in exe settings? If not - turn on, or if yes - turn off (or change mode, if you on current Win10 builds).

Hmm... All of my logitech tools are disabled on startup. So those aren't running. I enabled DPI scaling, but it didn't resolve the issue yet. I might just need to play with those settings more.

**I tried all of the system/application settings for DPI scaling. I disabled full-screen optimizations as well. None of this seems to help. Let me know if you think of anything else to try. I'm going to keep investigating.

I play old games on my old nothebook with Win7 x32. And do not have taht problem (moreover it have IPX and im not sure where i get it, so i can play even with old War2 Bnet CD). On desktop i have only Win8, where compatibility work worse than in Win10.

You sure that any tools not running? Win8 (and Win10?) do not allow to edit autorun in MSCONFIG. Task Manager show only few entries, and even some third party software cant help to do that.

Did you update DirectX 9 via web installer from Ms site (or full redist)? Did you enable Legacy DirectPlay in Windows components?

For Bnet you must run *classic* version. Still you must set "Keep aspect ratio" in video driver, for proper scaling from 640x480 to Widescreen.
If you play DX version in LAN - set keep aspect also in launcher. Be sure that you set resolution supported by monitor\display.

Wonder if its the Nvidia tools again. going to try and disable the Nvidia tools and see if that helps.

* Disabled Geforce experience and adjusted Nvidia Settings.
Using Microsoft Sidwinder X4 and Logitech G502 Going to read those articles and seee if that helps.

Why we must use GeForce Exp if we have Nvidia Control Panel and games setting... So i never installed it.
Im talk about MSI afterburner or something like that. Well, and Experience too. That must be deleted, others - disabled (from Task Manager process+services lists).

I got it to work:

You have to change the draw file. WORKS...

No one seems to be in the game though :(
