when I load any saved game in DLC or "My Pet Dungeon" it locks up on tutorial video "button" and doesn't allow my to click it. I have to force exit the game.

Hmmm sounds as though for some reason your PC thinks you can access youtube but it isn't loading through. We'll look into having this handled better in the next patch. Sorry for the hassle!

it also does this in "Heart of Gold" and The original campaign after playing it the first time if I want to restart and remove a save it won't allow me to click and locks me out of the game.

I can say at the very least, we've moved some of these videos offline now and included them in the game files for v1.6.4 so hopefully, this issue should be resolved for you.
