My Wallace and Grommit installation gives me a "Change Language" menu entry in Windows. Clicking on that pops open a small windows where the default is "English" but "German" (and several others) are choosable (radio button). Apart from that it only offers a "Close" button. The choice has no effect whatsoever on the game though. After closing and reopening the little tool languag is back to "English". I'm on Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 Bit. Did I miss somethinge here? What is this tool for, then?

I had the same "issue" with Windows 7. Have you tried to start it with "Run as Administrator"?
In my case it changed the menus and many ingame textures to german. But the voiceovers are still in english.
