After creating a new char and pressing "New Game" button, I get stuck in the loadscreen. I can hear the story and then combat music, but the loadscreen is still there, and if I press anything, the game crashes. Pls help!

Could you please share your system specs (OS+bit, CPU, GPU and RAM) in the firs place to get this sorted properly.

I use a laptop, the specs are as following:

Win 10 64-bit
Intel Core i7 6600U @ 2.50GHz
4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R5 M335
8 GB RAM

Edit: also got some crash logs, but I don't know how to attach them here.

Hi NamelessRebel.
As you are using a newer Version of the i7, please check if by default your dedicated graphic card will be chosen, rather than the onboard graphic chip (Intel® HD Graphics 520).

If this is not the root of the problem, please send the crash logs to
support@kalypsomedia.com
With all details all about your problem, dxdiag and more information you want an can provide in order to get this sorted properly.

Probably you can do this in the configuration of your graphic-card (your radeon).

For example: In the NVIDIA System control panel there is an extra option to set the default action or for a speical application.
Search for "use dedicated gpu instead of integrated amd" or something like this in your favorite search engine
