We are probably going to get screwed on this. If we do get the game, it will probably be missing dlc or some features. -_-

Everything is getting sold separately lately.
TBH I think this will be one of those cases where we are eagerly waiting for a game and it never comes, then, after giving up, it will show up when no one cares all that much. In any case anyone waiting to play it I recommend folowing brown's advice, ask for a steam key. I asked for one while trying to get a confirmation that I would still get a GOG copy, they were just fine with it, didn't raised any objections, so regardless of owning or not a steam copy we will get the GOG copy when it finally arrives here.

dannybln: I emailed Neocore support three weeks ago (11-09-2015) with my receipts.

I received a reply one week later (11-16-2015), asking for my Steam ID Number, so that they could link a license to my account. I responded within an hour with my Steam ID Number and haven't heard back from them since...

Just emailed support again, asking if they are still working on my request.

browndj3: I got mine within the next day, but I suspect it's because they wanted me quiet. Just keep bugging them and you'll get it.
Support answered my second email as follows:

==============
Hello Daniel,

This key has been attached to your account:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
==============

Problem is, I don't have the game in my steam library and trying to add the key provided by support Steam says that it's an invalid code. Did you have to add the game manually or did they actually link a game key to your Steam ID?
For me they gave a key similar to your and I had to activate it through the option "activate a product on steam", then the game showed up on my library. They do provide some instructions in case it didn't worked out. Basically it says to cantact neocore support again provinding a proof(screeshot) of the error.

EDIT: grammar

Thank you. :) I emailed them again with screenshots...
I only have 1-3 games on steam, that I do not play. First game I bought was Duke Nukem Forever, which I did not completely read at the store, otherwise I would have never bought it. Duke required steam to play. I dislike Steam Intensely. Which is why I want this final cut on gog so bad ^^

Fair enough, but if you want to play the game within a reasonable amount of time, you might want to reconsider.

I'm not judging either way. A lot of us have both real life and a backlog of gog games to peck at already, not to mention genuine free-to-play games like League of Legends and Path of Exile.
I received a working Steam key today. The issue with the last key was just a typo that happened on their side.

Now I can get a taste of The Final Cut while waiting patiently for the GOG release, yay! :)
still no final cut available? whats going on here?
I'm still going for the benefit of the doubt, as well as releasing any expectation, or feelings about this, as I already have high blood pressure, no need exacerbating it further when I have hundreds of gigs of games not even fully downloaded...If it comes yippee, if it doesn't it will be an obvious disappointment, but not the end of the world in any way, as that's what the zombie apocalypse is for! X^D

Totally agree! There's a reason why we buy games on GoG rather than steam. They may not be the speediest site with updates and perks, but they're honest, it's DRM free and the game is completely yours at the end of the day.

Hopefully they'll issue refunds or store credit if they aren't able to get the game on this site, still wish there was a blue post on this issue.

No need for the response of a blue. Official response from GOG and NeocoreGames: "The Final Cut will be released on GOG too" and "We're working on it". It just takes a bit longer. Welcome to GOG ;)
Just hope to see it soon.
The sooner the better ;)
