Final Cut was released today on Steam.
Will it be available on GoG too?
And will owners of VH1,2,3 on GoG get it for free on GoG?

And will the "high resolution textures" DLC also be available on GoG?

In theory, yes to all of your questions. However, even the Steam copy is saying "Coming soon: This item is not yet available.", so for all we know, we could be hearing another delay announcement from them here shortly...
Good News!
It was just released on steam so it should be here sometime soon...

Yeah... Soon...
:(
Well at least it'll get here eventually...
Yeah, Neocore states that it they don't have a release date for the GOG version yet. I don't know how long we will have to wait.
The first delay was because they were aiming for a simultaneous release. The second delay was about bug fixes. Ah well.
They said that owners of the trilogy - even a mix on Steam and GOG - would get it for free (press.neocoregames.com/newsletter/122). I own I + II on Steam and I+II+III here on GOG. So I contacted their support to ask for a Steam key. Maybe that's a faster way to get my hands on The Final Cut even if it's just on Steam for now. Will have to wait and see...

I am in a similiar situation to yours I have a question though if getting a steam key will prevent me from getting the GOG version, if that is so I rather wait for the GOG version...
I asked them about this, still waiting for an answer...

I'm guessing that Steam would be owed commission regardless, so that wouldn't work. But I am only speculating here. It sucks to get second servings, but it also sucks to have Steam pop up to bother me like Clippy the Office assistant every time I want to play a game, and it sucks not knowing if offline mode is going to decide to say "screw you" the one time it matters the most.

Hear, hear, I'd rather have the delayed gog version over the released steam version any day!

Me too, but I AM disappointed that it's not here yet!
It's been 3 days, still no answer from them. This tells me they don't want to give aditional steam copies...
I've been poking them on Facebook to try and get some sort of word or response out of them about some kind of release or acknowledgment that we exist. A whole lot of nothing. I'm not a fan of being snubbed like this, to be honest.
They do have a habit of getting really quiet when things don't go as they planned and eventually saying something about it a while later. I have no idea how they expected to validate cross-platform game ownership or anything else, but their original goal of getting everyone up and running at the same time has fallen through.
