Before starting the game, i maxed out the video settings, which is identical to the optimal settings according to GeForce Experience. Yet, the game is marked as "not optimized". Why is that?

GF EXP is a very sophsitocated idiot. you must "tell it" to optimize via green button over there or it will just ignore it. you are still good to go in games it just doesn't tally it.
