I have just got past the sunlight on the lever and found a door with a loading screen and I CTD every time with "engine error ghoul_lab_s_6-followers can not be added"

I have reloaded many times but always the same issue, I hope the advice isn't restart the game or all of grouts mansion, i'd like to avoid that if possible.
