I am running Windows 7 64.
I have tried the following:
-Run as Admin
-Compatibility WinXP SP2, SP3
-Default resolution
-Max Resolution (1080)
I am getting tired of this game lol. . .

I'm on win 7 x64 also. If you haven't done this to savegame folder, I'd try it.
For me, the game wouldn't initially get past the main menu. It may have been because I jacked the graphics mode max on everyhting first before i booted into a map. But compatibility mode (xp sp2) got the game to initially boot into map. Once it booted into a map, I could kill the compatibility with only "run as admin."
Summary:
1. Try changing that option on the savegame folder. - pics attached to that linked post
2. Try it as only "run as admin" without compatibility

On display options, try going with the 16 bit depth options.
Like, if you are using 1920X1200, go with 1900X1200 16bpp instead of 1900X1200 32 bpp.

1. That option was already checked off for me.
2. I've already tried run as admin in default and all compatibility modes.
I get the same crash: "Vampire.exe has stopped working"

I've done all resolutions, in 16 and 32. Still nothing.
