Some weapon a vendor doesn't sell. But i can't locate it. I am at the prince's tower, right now.

That would be the Tal' Mahe' Ra blade. Almost identical to a katana. You need an earlier save, though, it is in Hallowbrook hotel. First floor of it, too. Has double the speed of a normal, vendor purchased katana.
