I have noticed that the GOG version has already the UP installed. How much changes does this UP contain?

The GOG version includes the basic version of the patch (fixes only), not the "plus" version (fixes + restorations + tweaks).
By the way, it still allows you to run the game without the UP patch.

Thank you :) I have the game on Steam where I played the game first but even with the UP patch I had a gamebreaking bug, so yesterday I bought it on GOG and was surprised how greatly prepared this version is.
