Tbh alcaray, I wondered if the Clan Mod and Wesp's current GOG update clash for some reason.

Since my last post, I've uninstalled the game and re-installed it, but now I have some texture issues. However, the werewolf blood quest is happening as it should do. Also, at no point through this entire sequence have I been able to delete a save file. It's all very strange...

What I've just done is to veryify the game and it's downloaded some files, so I'll see what impact that has.

You can only ever run both in parrallel! If you merge the files, the game will become messed up...
Thanks wesp, I have to admit I reached this conclusion just before I went on holiday - perhaps verifying the files and/or having cloud saves on was enabling the files to merge?

What I did before going away was to uninstall, re-install the GOG version, switch off updates and cloud saves, then install the latest unofficial patch.

Managed to replay most of what I'd done before - using the appropriate desktop link - and it ran fine.

One thing I'm uncertain of, is what effect re-installing the Clan Mod would now have. Would it now run in parallel so I could play this version via the desktop link the mod installs?

Having got a version running smoothly I'm loath to mess it up!

You can install both onto the same game, they can run from their respective shortcuts out of their subfolders. Only their features can't be merged into one game...
Thank you. :)

I do think turning off cloud saves that sync will have been a good move!
