I am having an issue where the game is not capturing the mouse cursor after you leave the menus and go into actual game play. Then when I click if my mouse is outside the field of the game screen on my central monitor the game minimizes. I am running Windows 10 64 bit, fully updated including 1511 and 1607 updates. Logitech G510 Keyboard and G630 mouse.

I'm having the same issue. Also, sometimes when I press the alternative mouse button (for missiles) it takes me back to windows as well. Overall, the game is unplayable for this reason, among others.

The issue is too high latency. You have to lower the mouse response in a software application that comes with the mouse, for Logitech that's Logitech Gaming Software. Default on modern gaming mice is 1000/s but you can usually lower it to 125/s, that's what I did and I had no mouse issues after that.

You could create a profile where one has 125 and the other 1000 and switch for when you play a game like Uprising that requires a lower response.
Thanks for the advice, but sadly didn't work for me.

My mouse leaves the window/full screen to my other monitors messes up the game.
Seems to work as long as I'm holding down the mouse button.
Will the GOG staff react to this?
This is gamebreaking and we paid for it. Unbelievable!

Here is the solution to the mouse border issue for both Uprising 1 and 2:
