I want to be able to continue playing this game but on my mobile phone. Can you please make this game available online for smart phones. I miss playing with the guys!!!!

That's not how games work.

But anyways, the master server was shut down a short while ago and Unreal made an Unproduct, so you'll have to use a community master server instead.
