Got a few levels in the game and couldn't figure out why I couldn't fit into certain spaces or activate certain levers, did some googling and turns out it was because I had chosen the Nali avatar for my character and those have different meshes than the human characters. Apparently this decision is irreversible once youve started a game, so make sure it's set to human before you start if you don't wanna have to noclip and use console commands to progress through the single player game.
