Can I get a verification that ANYTHING deals Shadow damage?

Numerous enemies deal Arcane damage, like Satyrs, Floating Eyeballs in the Catacombs and Skeleton Mages, but I'm having trouble finding a single thing that does Shadow damage.

Things that protect against Shadow damage would be:
(+5) Protective Ring of the Necromancer
(+20) White Plastic Armor (Unepic Credits)
Shadow Protection spell of Protection magic

So the amount of Shadow protection is extremely limited regardless.

I don't remember shadow damage. According to this wiki, in the table of Protection Spells
Shadow Protection - Absorbs one third of arcane damage.
it might be simply an alias for arcane type.

DawEdhel: it might be simply an alias for arcane type.
On the character window which displays your protections, Shadow is displayed separately from Arcane.

Either there's something I'm missing or I'm guessing this is some kind of oversight on the dev's part.

EDIT: The wiki is correct though! I tested that particular spell and it DOES absorb 1/3 of ARCANE damage, despite being named Shadow Protection.

The ring and plastic armor do nothing toward Arcane damage. They might be completely useless, not sure.

I also noticed that in the character window, it's actually not called 'Shadow' but instead 'Shadows', which makes me think of Zera, your 'companion' throughout the campaign... though you can get neither the ring nor the plastic armor before meeting him, plus he seems to do nothing harmful to you at all (except occasionally try to mislead you).
