In the mine, I saw a challenge marker near the top of a ladder. It's placement was such that there was no way I could see to jump, and the ladder was too far to hop off and onto the ledge.

Do you get some kind of super-jump spell at some point or was I missing something, like a secret passage? Anyone know?

Well I've found the Ring of the Skies in the tower, which almost lets me jump high enough... almost. Still a bit short. sigh will I ever figure this out or does anyone wanna help?

Seriously, nobody has any clues? I've tried jumping off the top of the ladder, going as high as it will still let me hop off, both GOG and main site versions, I cannot figure out how to reach this stupid thing. Anyone?

Instead of pressing RIGHT from the ladder, hold UP and then press RIGHT. Instead of falling, it will jump from the ladder.
