I love this game and used to play it constantly back in the early 90s but for the life of me i cant remember the Str requirements for the Morning Star and Halberd? I have searched the web for this info and cant seem to find it either. So here i am reaching out to my fellow Avatars in hopes that one of you has the information i'm looking for.

Well since no one could help i did some leveling and found out that to use the Morning Star you need 22 Str.

Still haven't figured out what i need to use the Halberd. My Avatar is max level(8), has max(30) str and dex and its still telling me i'm not strong enough to use the weapon. =(

I was searching for this, came across your post, and then...answered my own question. I'll reply here just so that the information is out there.

You can only hold so much weight. A Halberd has a weight of 18, which means, if you have a Str of 30, you can only wear 12 weight worth of armor. If you've got Plate mail and a Spiked Helm on, you won't be able to also wield a halberd.
