In the case of VIII, Savage Empire, Martian Dreams, the Underworld games, somehow I didn't put the configs in the DOSBox folders... I just did that and tried those again:

VIII: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, gets a few lines of code, then closes.
Underworld: It runs, but the screen constantly flickers, the voices don't play, and it occasionally registers a click when I didn't do anything.
Underworld II: I only checked up through the first part of the opening cutscene, but the voices don't play. I don't know if there are any other problems.
Savage Empire: Goes fullscreen, but goes to a black screen with the flashing text cursor. Nothing happens. Closes the moment I hit any key.
Martian Dreams: Same as Savage Empire.

Okay, they're the ones I uploaded though right? If so... I'm confused. The only changes I made were to where the C drive was mounted in the configs (for most of them.) They work perfectly on my system. I've even gotten 2 and 3 working correctly with the upgrades once I fixed the files that the configs were calling. Everything works correctly using the actual shortcuts the installers created?

By the way, I uploaded fixed configs for 2 and 3 and speed modification configs for 5, UW1 and UW2. Of course if you can't get those three working... :/

Actually, they don't all work normally either. I-IV work fine, but as for the others:

V: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, and displays the message "Reboot requested. Quitting now." Then nothing happens.
VI: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, and displays the message "Drive C mounted as local directory." Then nothing happens.
VII: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, then closes.
VII Part 2: Opening cutscene plays, then it closes.
VIII: Opens, fullscreens, a few lines of code, then it closes.
Underworld: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, and displays the message "EMS Allocated." Then nothing happens.
Underworld II: Same as Underworld.
Savage Empire: DOSBox opens, fullscreens, black screen with blinking cursor.
Martian Dreams: Same as Savage Empire.

I'm going to uninstall everything, redo the installations and patches, then try to set up the launcher and files again.

Those two take a while to load, for some reason, until you actually get them to load the first time... at least for me they did.

As for the Worlds games black screening in fullscreen mode, hit ALT+Enter and see if they work. If so then you may need to right click on the DosBox executable for those and put it into compatibility mode for XP.
I'm getting these exact same problems even just with the GOG shortcuts, even before installing the patches.
Though at least the Worlds games seem to work in XP Compatibility mode, and you were right; the Underworld games were just taking a long time to load. So that's some of the problems resolved. Though I still can't get V-VIII to run at all.
That's without the patches. I'm going to try with the patches again in a moment.

I just installed the patches again, and I still can't get V-VIII working.
II no longer runs over-speed, but I didn't throw in the VGA graphics patch for IV (because it causes the game to crash when you try to create a new character), and now IV is running over-speed.

Yeah I've been sitting here rack my brain for ANY idea why V-VIII would fail with the GoG shortcuts, especially after a reinstall, and I'm coming up blank... Maybe you somehow got corrupted installs and a redownload would help? (I doubt it.)
Also, some of the download links on your page just lead to 404 Errors, namely the Config File links for the "Complete Collection," the 2&3 upgrades, and the Speed Adjustments.

Well that's annoying, I'll see what I did wrong with the links.

Edit:: Nevermind, the links are fine, I'm just an idiot. I forgot to upload the zip files. They should be working now.

So I got all the patched games running with the GOG shortcuts. XP compatibility mode worked for all of them. I should have tried that sooner; I'm an idiot. IV still runs way too quickly, though. There a way to fix that?

Anyway, I'm going to grab the configs and bins and try to get those working.

Okay, the .bat files all work in terms of getting the games to run (IV even runs at normal speed when run through the .bat), but there are still a couple (admittedly minor) problems with them:

II and III don't automatically fullscreen.

(Without the speed adjustments) The screen still flickers in Underworld I, and the voices for the Underworld games still don't play.

Oops, I accidentally uploaded MY copies of the 2, 3, and UW configs. I turned off fullscreen because it stretches on my widescreen monitor. I'll get that fixed. I'm not sure about the voices in UW 1 & 2 though. I'll look into it and see if I can find a solution.

Okay this right here is probably the issue you're running into with the UW sound.

Let me know when you've uploaded the "real" copies of the 2, 3, and Underworld configs (preferably into the Complete Collection folder as well, because that's easier to download). And the "real" copies of the speed fixes.
As for the sound, I'll try the general MIDI support patch in Pix's patcher (which I didn't use yet).

EDIT: Nope, the patch didn't correct the issue. In fact, it removed all the sound entirely! Going to remove the patch now.

The config files are updated and I'll add them to the full collection in a couple subfolders, I didn't even think about that one, thanks.

lol Um, did you do the sound setup with Pix's patcher? I'm not sure on the sound issue now that I think about it... the issue I pointed to in the other thread was with sound effects and music, not speech...

Oh wait nevermind, there isn't a setup program for the UWs...

Wow, I just now noticed I don't have any speech either...

Yeah, I tried the suggestions in the other thread and it didn't help.
Also, the patcher has patches for "general MIDI support" and an option to select whether you're using SB or MIDI. I tried every combination of those: having the patch on with it set to MIDI, having the patch on with it set to SB, having the patch off with it set to MIDI, and having the patch off with it set to SB. It didn't fix it.
