Is it possible to use higher resolution than 1024x768? In Launcger options I can see onle this resolution (+ multiple refresh rates). Config doesn't contain any explicit resolution settings.
PS: For solution answer: It's not exactly solution, but it answers my question as best as it could. :-)

No you can't. all you can do for Aftermath is the same as for Aftershock:
enabling the GPU scaling in your graphic card driver, with the option to maintain the aspect ratio, then play fullscreen.

I confirm that this patch is for Aftershock. I tried it with Aftermath, and it doesn't work.
My apologies, my link is for aftershock only. Didn't read the thread title closely enough.
